You call it statutory agent, I&#039;ve heard it called resident or registered agent here - in any case, they usually end up amounting to around $10 per month or so. The peace of mind that comes with knowing someone with a good reputation for handling legal documents with professionalism and discretion is so worth it...</description>

		<description>Good list.  Great CEOs also have great boards.  They rely on a core group of trustees who become trusted advisors and friends, but who can also offer frank assessment and helpful critique.  Great CEOs need and demand critical board feedback in order to function optimally.</description>
