You call it statutory agent, I've heard it called resident or registered agent here - in any case, they usually end up amounting to around $10 per month or so. The peace of mind that comes with knowing someone with a good reputation for handling legal documents with professionalism and discretion is so worth it... I have to agree with point number 9.
