Nonprofit Collaboration Case Studies

As corporate and government grants dry up and foundations complain about nonprofits depending on funding from the same funders year after year, more and more nonprofits consider ways to collaborate with their peers to stretch their resources. Collaboration can work to the advantage of both parties; however,  it is not easy, cheap or risk-free to construct a collaborative solution. The following case studies are real stories posted here with permission (but without identifying information). The idea is to give nonprofits considering a collaboration a flavor for other nonprofits’ experiences to help prepare them for their own collaboration.
